- Preparation of Method Statement, NCR reports , Incident and RCA reports
- Operation & Maintenance of Switchgears
- Mechanical / Electrical trouble shooting and retrofit knowledge will be a plus
- Handling of SF6 gas and thorough understanding of related equipment
- Responsible for independently handling the Installation jobs within the country and may require to perform the job in the region
- Replacement of Switchgear components e.g. CTs, VTs, Mechanical parts, trip & close coils, spring mechanism
- Fault Trouble shooting and Analysis
- Follow HSE principles and guidelines, show responsibility at site by adhering to HSE of main contractorBullet points on responsibility

- Communication Skills
- Ability to work proactively as individual as well as in a team
- To be able to undersland the customer specificaiotns, drawings and requirements.
- Familiar with International codes/Standards applied for Switchgear
- Well versant with Errection related techniques
- Able to apply IT tools for his/her work
- Spoken and written fluency in english language
- Ability to work proactively on own initiative, as well as in a team environment
