Job Description:

• Provide Workforce Software (WFS) Time and Labor functional
• consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and leading
• clients through the entire cloud application service implementation
• lifecycle for WFS Time and Labor projects.
•  Work with companies remotely to deploy WFS.
•  Guide customers through WFS delivered functionality, advise
• customers on best practices, map business processes to delivered
• functionality, document customer requirements, configure application
• functionality, and assist with testing.
•  Work with peers to continuously improve delivery model in an effort
• to provide the most value to customers while increasing project
• delivery efficiency.
• Internal to Wipro
•  Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables.
•  Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions.
•  Interact with the project team members responsible for developing
• reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application
• extensions.
•  Develop end-user documentation and training materials.
•  Deliver end-user training.
•  Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular
• basis.
•  Work with and mentor junior-level associates to ensure their
• professional growth and ability to contribute to company growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree.
•  Minimum 3 years of experience in a Functional Lead role;
•  Knowledge of Time and Labor processes.
•  Knowledge of WFS database and policy editor.
•  Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
•  Self-motivated with an ability to plan work effort and manage
• priorities.
•  Ability to work effectively in a remote model with clients and peers.
•  Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and
• concise manner.
•  The following would be considered a plus:
• o Experience with additional modules (i.e., Payroll, HR Core,
• Benefits, Absence, etc.).
• o WFS certification
• o Previous Implementation Lead experience.
• Payroll(IT)
