Required Skills/ Qualification:
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the company.
- Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events. Organize complex calendars and schedules; resolving any scheduling issues.
- Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of organization’s objectives.
- Arrange travel and accommodations. Prepare expense reports.
- Screen incoming email communication; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate colleagues.
- Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned.
- Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements or meetings
- Manage relevant contacts
- Assist in preparing and managing presentations decks.
- Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls
- Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle sensitive matters.
- Represent the company and the Management in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
- Reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance.
- Manage or complete adhoc projects as assigned.
- What You NeedBachelor's degree required
- Related experience required in working in an assistant role reporting directly to managementHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with quickness to learn new software and systemsAbility to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Reliable time-management skills and the experience to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.
