Job Description Summary
As a Field Service Engineer Anesthesia and Monitoring, you’ll perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on our life-changing medical equipment. It’s a role that will see you going out on the road to visit customers on site, resolving any issues and providing the kind of exceptional service that will ensure we achieve optimal customer satisfaction. It’s vital work –your expertise will be invaluable when it comes to making sure patients have access to the best possible care. This role covers Central UK.

Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain all models specific to the modality in the assigned area;
- Perform total system level trouble-shooting on complex multi-symptom problems;
- Maintain daily interface with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues, to ensure satisfaction of primary customers;
- Assist in Account Sales visits, help train others where necessary, and identify Sales opportunities and communicate them to account team;
- Assist in the growth and direction of business in geographic area.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electromechanics or Biomedical Engineering Technology, or solid experience as Field Service Engineer;
- Professional experience in medical devices;
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision;
- High work standards and quality Customer-oriented attitude;
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English, located in the area of Birmingham, Leicester;
- Valid driving license, active driving experience.
