Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Needs to be highly proficient in Db Structures and DbMS
- Highly skilled in PowerBI & Excel
- Will be responsible for data collation, management and reporting for training batches running across 13+ locations PAN India and In-house
- Provide actionable insights (from data analysis) to stakeholders
- Should be able to coordinate and communicate data requirements to and from Outsourced Partners & within/outside L&D Teams
- Should have a keen eye for anomalies and data points that skew data sets and should be proactive in flagging them off
- Will be responsible for data and report integrity being shared with all stakeholders
- Should be able to vet raw data, create dashboards and views that are consumable to decision makers and stakeholders
- Liaison with WFM and BI team to upload holistic data for provisioning dashboards on Power BI
Secondary Responsibility:
- Should be proactive in simplifying current recording systems and making it simpler for end-user which is the partner training team
- Ability to experiment with alternate analytical techniques to solve problems
- Build metrics improvement roadmaps with insights noncritical levers to achieve targets
