We are looking for interns to join us from December 2022/January 2023 onwards, for a 6-7 months commitment. Please indicate your availability, i.e. duration and full-time/part-time in your application. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred. The successful candidates will be tasked on identifying relevant business trends and make insightful recommendations to help support EAJ Business Development needs.
What will you do?
- Build, maintain and share internal and external Business Intelligence Analysis
- Track and upkeep strategic KPIs, segment/business performances on Zone level, and convert into reports and insights
- Conduct competitor deep dive and fight back plan on request
- Support the countries’ leadership and business intelligence communities on process, and access to information, while increasing their competencies
- Learn and deploy the global practices, investigate other regions/zones for best practices and localize replicate on EAJ Zone to support businesses
- Own and improve business intelligence tools, methodologies, and reporting
- Utilize digital tools (visualization tools, databases, web-crawlers etc.) to find new ways to improve company business intelligence
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor’s in Business/Business Analytics/Data Analytics/Mathematics/Statistics or similar
- Understanding of Financial knowledge to support recommendations and decisions
- Understanding of relevant trends and competitors in the market will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical mindset and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, as well as multiple stakeholders
- Ability to navigate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and have good judgement skills
- Possess a start-up mentality; proactively and consistently presents new ideas, improvements and recommendations
