Job Description Essential Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of high-quality software as a member of the Scrum team while working in an international setting and coordinating efforts with the product owner, the architect, and the technical leaders to gain an understanding of the requirements and user stories (Agile Methodology).
- Ensure that the code is of a high quality, that all tests are covered, and that various quality requirements are adhered to as outlined in the GE quality manual.
- Take precautions to ensure that the implementation will provide reusable software assets.
- In accordance with the preexisting quality procedures used by GE Healthcare and the local organisation, document all requirements, designs, verifications, and other essential development activities.
- Determine any potential quality issues or technical concerns, then mark them for resolution.
- Integration and verification efforts should be carried out at both the component and the sub-system levels.
- Conduct research and assist in the resolution of product concerns that have been reported by customers or field engineers.
- Gain knowledge and an understanding of the clinical relevance of the applications and platform components of MR Visualization.
- Make sure that every action and piece of software that is given complies with the regulations set forth by GE Healthcare.
- Aware with and in compliance with the GE Healthcare Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, and Quality Goals, as well as any applicable laws and regulations that pertain to this work type or position.
- Finish all of the planned Quality & Compliance training before the deadlines that have been established.
- Before finishing the Design Outputs and Program Deliverables, you need to support the compliance with and closure of any Quality and Regulatory obligations.
- a proven level of expertise in front-end programming in a Linux environment, including familiarity with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, as well as web components.
- Experience in the development of front-end applications that use back-end micro services in the workplace (containerized or otherwise).
- Having a fundamental comprehension of data structures.
- Solid familiarity with the ideas of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Programming (OOP), as well as Unified Modeling Language (UML)
- Experience with the use of testing approaches such as test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD), as well as experience using testing tools such as Cucumber, MochaJs, ChaiJS, Sinon, Protractor/Cypress, etc.
- Experience working in a scaled Agile environment and a working knowledge of CI/CD are required.
- Familiarity with the processes, techniques, and environments used in the software development industry, including hands-on experience with configuration management systems, defect tracking tools, and debuggers.
- Having experience implementing REST-based micro services with frameworks like as Spring boot is a plus.
- Angular framework experience gained while working on front-end application development.
- Knowledge and experience in the creation of application and platform components using a variety of design patterns and design principles inside the Linux platform.
- Professional expertise in the healthcare industry, focusing on the development of clinical post-processing applications.
- A foundational understanding of post-processing techniques for medical images.
