Cyber Engineering Automation Software Engineer Profile
Dell EMC Cyber Engineering Group is currently looking for an experienced Automation Software Engineer to fill the position in the Cybersecurity product. The product will be focused on the development of the platform for the automated security processes, running on top of storage arrays management systems. What you’ll achieve
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.
You will:
- Design and build automated code deployment systems that simplify development work and make it more consistent and predictable
- Develops, revises, and maintains automated test scripts
- Develops and conducts performance and/or scalability testing
- Executes automation test, log defects and makes recommendations to address defects to the development team

Essential Requirements
- Relevant years of automation experience
- Experience in developing automation solutions using Java, Python, etc.
- Experience with developing GUI, End-to-end automation code
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Agility to adapt to technologies and processes quickly
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in deployment orchestration and automation (Kubernetes, Jenkins)
- Proficiency in the design, implementation, and maintenance of a test environment, including necessary equipment, configuration, and software Familiarity with REST API design principals and implement
