About the Role:

Director, Engineering is to oversee the Engineering Support for Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) operations. The incumbent will lead a team for the areas of support include; System Engineering, Digitalization of data & processes, Cyber Awareness and Overseas MRO development.

Job Description:

• Process review to streamline production procedures to improve productivity
• Oversee and review local MRO capabilities to maintain market competitiveness
• Setup and manage the process in digitalizing the procedures and data
• Support the setup of MRO business in overseas
• Lead a team to provide engineering support for new product, specifically for aftersales MRO services
• Establish network of engineering support with vendor and subcontractor for the customer
• Lead in MRO Engineering Programme or Project

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any engineering field
• Experience in multiple Engineering domains (Electronics/ Mechanical/ Hydraulics/ Robotics, etc)
• Experience in managing overseas projects (Engineering related)
• Experience with overseas markets such as Australia, US, Europe will be an added advantage
• Good understanding and networking in commercial sector
• Strong track records with market analysis on Engineering needs
• Ability to handle customer
