About the Company:

Job Description:

• Design and execute analyses for materials such as white papers and benchmarks that will help position SentiLink as an industry leader on fraud and identity topics
• Create reports, dashboards and analyses to inform our management team on business and functional performance, including discussing the implications and results of analytical design choices to internal stakeholders of varying technical understanding
• Gain a deep understanding of our customer data and be the go-to person for questions from our customers and customer-facing teams about product usage and fraud trends
• Become an industry expert to further support customer's needs and use this knowledge to position SentiLink for future development

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product or business analytics
• Extensive experience and passion for communicating data & analysis effectively (e.g., through metrics, thoughtful reporting and dashboards visualizations)
• Highly skilled at using SQL to query databases (Python or another scripting language is a plus)
• Clear and concise verbal and written communicator, long-form writing experience for white papers or blog posts is a plus
• Able to solicit input effectively and garner buy-in from key stakeholders
• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Math, Sciences, Engineering) or strongly quantitative work experience
• Enthusiastic about becoming an expert in topics related to the future of financial services, fraud & identity
• Experience in fraud, financial services, or enterprise analytics solutions is a plus
