Eligibility :

QA Intern Engineer :

• 2021 & 2022 batch BE / BTech / MCA / MSc / MTech(CS/IT/IS)
• CGPA >7 or percentage > 75%
• Good academic record (65% & above, no backlogs)
• Min 4 years university program
• 3 year college program is not considered
• Strong, proven interest for testing and exploration
• Social work/volunteering/student campus work, etc.

Desired skills :

• Strong, proven interest for testing and exploration
• Social work/volunteering/student campus work, etc.
• Salary – 6 months as Trainee – 25,000 Per month. After 6 months, based on performance, we will offer 4.75 Fixed + 40k Bonus = 5.15 LPA

Trainee – Product Support

Requirements :

• BSC/ BCA / Eng. Grad 2021 & 2022 (Other than CS/ IT/ ECE)
• Knowledge of programming languages will be a plus
• Very Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills (ESSENTIAL)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Inclination towards technology
• Intermediate with MS Office

Responsibilities :

• Ensure customer issues and queries are handled professionally and efficiently within the agreed SLA
• Works well with customers to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and develop
• Strong relationships by being a consultant and providing right resolutions
• Learn and stay current with product knowledge of Replicon’s software and its range of product solutions
• Help our customers maximize their business benefits from Replicon’s solutions
• CTC – INR 21,500/ Month – for first 6 Months of internship; After 6 months – 3.3 LPA
