Description:

The role of the Security Strategy & Performance (SSP) Business Process Analyst is to support Corporate Security leadership by developing and producing meaningful management information reports on a timely basis, enabling leaders to understand the people risk landscape and take appropriate counter measures. The role reports to the Head of Corporate Security Workforce Management. The Business Process Analyst must perform analytical functions such as financial reporting variances, identify errors and work with responsible team member to correct, to be an efficient and effective oversight function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support production of budget variance reporting on a monthly basis.
• Centralize and streamline Corporate Security purchasing requests.
• Liaise with accounts payable to ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner.
• Identify process gaps leading to operational risks, analyzing the effectiveness of as is processes and propose process improvements.
• Document process maps, diagrams, and other process analysis documentation.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and or human interactions to improve quality.
• Effectively communicate and present the business impact of process gaps and quantify cost benefit of proposed process changes.

Qualifications:

• Four-year university degree
• 5 years of experience in a Business Analytics role.
• Expert proficiency level in MS Excel, PPT
• Experience with headcount, attrition, operational performance metrics is required.
• Cyber security and information risk management team support is preferred.
• Excellent written English and global communication skills with ability to translate local requirements into a global perspective.
• Experience working with UK/US stakeholders in virtual team environment.
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision and/or direction.
• Ability to work flexible, non-standard India business hours to support global business partners. (late nights, early mornings as needed)

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with Statistical analysis techniques and tools
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Flexible during times of change.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
