Your responsibilities include:
  • Fully participate in and successfully contribute to product development project teams including the following activities: bench top test development and execution, design and prototype test fixtures, determine product performance specifications, test method validation, data analysis, written and verbal communication of technical data to varying audiences.
  • Work independently to plan and schedule own activities necessary to meet timelines, and communicate in a timely manner
  • Design and coordinate hands-on problem solving via tests and experiments.
  • Perform troubleshooting on new products/process problems as related to design, material, or process.
  • Summarize, analyze, and draw conclusions from test results.
  • Prepare standard reports/documentation to communicate results to technical community.
  • Work cooperatively and lead cross-functional projects across different locations and countries in collaboration with process development, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and marketing team members to ensure project success.
  • Demonstrate product development system knowledge through execution of high-quality deliverables.
What we’re looking for in you:

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or another related STEM discipline with a 3.2+ GPA
Preferred qualifications:
  • Strong leadership experience, with a desire to continue to evolve your leadership in the workplace
  • A genuine passion for the medical device industry and creating innovative technologies that improve the lives of patients around the world
  • An analytical and quantitative approach to work, as well as the confidence to influence people at all levels
