Job Description&Required Skills/ Qualification:
- Gather requirements from the business, develop technically sound best-practice solutions, and present solutions back to the business.
- Create workflows that support cross-departmental processes.
- Identify, implement and support opportunities for relevant technology integrations with the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations
- Develop, design and rollout new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests
- Develop complete understanding of applications supported and maintained, including integrations with internal and external applications.
- Attend project related meetings.
- Maintenance of ServiceNow platform, including participating in upgrades and integrating with other applications.
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve systems and process efficiencies as well at meet defined SLAs.
- Ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
What you will need:
- Bachelor degree / B.E./ B. Tech in Information Technology or equivalent education
- 2-5 years-experience development and administration of the ServiceNow tool
- Experience working with and customizing core ServiceNow modules:
- IT Service Management (ITSM) including Problem Management, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Change/Release Management, Service Level Management, Surveys/Assessments, and Service Portal
- Asset Management
- Experiencing with various programming/scripting:
- Angular JS/HTML/CSS/AJAX knowledge
- JavaScript: Client Side and Server-Side Scripting
- XML, MySQL, Bootstrap, SOAP, RESTful APIs, JSON
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policy, UI Scripting, Scheduled Jobs, automation, workflow, reporting, dashboards
- Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
