Job Description:
- Go about as the plan engineer for the dispensed specialized work bundles distinguished by the Operations Manager.
- Be answerable for the age, adjustment and mix of framework structures to create designing archives including however not restricted to; Wiring Schematics, Wiring Diagrams, Cable Harness drawings and reports as per the departmental change the board interaction.
- Produce electrical incorporation plans as per both inside and remotely created Interface Control Documents
- Help the other designing specialty unit's client configuration audits and site/create visits as and when expected by the program group.
- Keep a register for Incidents/Accidents, Aircraft On Ground (AOG), Maintenance Downtime-Scheduled and Unscheduled and Delays.
- Keep a Problem Identification and Correction (PIAC) information base on the Departure or Launch Delays, Incidents/Accidents, Deferred Defects/Partial Mission Capable (PMC) and AOG/Non-Mission Capable (NMC). Assess the data to give a quantitative and objective evaluation to demonstrate unsatisfactory regions requiring restorative activities.
- Administrate, Coordinate and go about as Secretary for the PIAC Review Board.
- Distinguish essential drivers of high vacation or over the top help for rectification. Restorative activities including prescribing extra extras to stock or changes in the Maintenance Schedule Program/Line Maintenance Checklist to increment airplane dependability in a joint effort with Engineering and Logistics.
- Speak with Engineering/CAMO for any distinguished airplane framework or parts that has a high disappointment rate for OEM upgrades.
- Report Aircraft Availability, Aircraft Reliability and PIAC examination on a quarterly premise.
- Enter Technical and Service Queries into the CASE Management Database.
- Plan material for, join in and where essential present at gatherings with the Customer. Mission System Vendor and End User delegates corresponding to the critical obligations and obligations illustrated.
- Have a proper Aerospace or suitable Engineering degree and/or significant relavent work experience in the design of electrical and electronic equipment to enable integration of systems, wiring and cable harness design and installation of electrical parts.
- Maintenance and Repair Organisation (MRO) and pragmatic experience of electrical/aeronautical adjustment projects will be considered on the side of an application to move abilities into the Engineering office from a creation climate.
- Have broad information on Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS) and other relative Aerospace Regulations including DEF-STAN-00-970 and EASA CS-25
- Experience with aviation wiring plan principles
- Experience with the establishment plan of electrical parts into auxiliary and tertiary design
- Keeping up with Configuration Management
- Acquainted with Electrical CAD apparatuses and processes (Mentor Graphics and CATIA V5)
