Job Description:

To understand client requirements and propose and deliver technical solutions Obtaining and analyzing business requirements and document technical solutions Developing new application modules, workflows and catalog requests Developing business requirements documentation and ensure appropriate stakeholder sign-off Development and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM modules such as- Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Release Management, HR SS and others Coding/scripting in ServiceNow platform including but not limited to Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Workflows, Glide framework Integration of ServiceNow instances to third party software using web services, ftp/sftp and other web based/file transfer technologies Working knowledge of agile methodologies, defect and release management, maintenance and production support Working knowledge of automated test framework is a plus Must be open to operations support and working under the constraints of SLAs. Good verbal and written communication skills, must be comfortable in communicating with clients in a clear and concise manner Open to learning on the job and become productive to the project in a short time Creating work schedules for healthcare providers, coordinating the delivery and quality of services provided by individual providers or provider teams, and monitoring the capacity and usage of healthcare facilities. planning, organizing, staffing, direct- ing, controlling plans, directs, coordinates and supervises the delivery of health care in an entire facility or a single department Data modeling and database design. ...
