- Lead firmware plan, engineering, and execution for key parts of Meta Reality Labs custom silicon SoCs
- Work together intimately with silicon draftsmen, the OS group, and calculation and model advancement groups
- Support all periods of SoC improvement - including early engineering necessities definition for custom silicon, firmware design, execution, recreation, FPGA investigate, chip bringup and emotionally supportive networks and programming groups on calculation advancement on approved frameworks
- End-to-framework firmware advancement to incorporate power-the executives, boot loaders, planning, RTOS or potentially uncovered metal executions
- Foster OS custom portion drivers and APIs for equipment gas pedals and peripherals
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or identical experience
- 2+ long periods of involvement with installed programming advancement
- Experience building programming for complex installed frameworks or custom SoCs
- Experience in programming plan and programming in C/C++ for advancement, investigating, testing and execution examination
- Experience in getting equipment, clock-level issues, spans, delays, interferes with, clock gating, surveying and so forth
- Experience cooperating and additionally working together across various groups
- Specialized information across themes including PC designs, PC vision, or AI
- Experience with installed DSP, CPU, and GPU structures
- Experience with pressure, camera and video pipelines, or encoding advancements like H.264
- Experience with prototyping or pre-silicon conditions (FPGAs, reenactment, or imitating)
- Involved coding experience with peripherals, for example, UART, SPI, CSI-2, i2c, GPIO, USB
- Experience with lab instrumentation like oscilloscope, rationale/convention analyzers for investigating installed frameworks at HW level
- Experience with silicon and gadget fabricating
