Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and documenting test plans and test cases for existing or newly developed hardware and software products based on Server/Software / Storage requirements and specifications. Working with designers and technologists, you will develop test tools and test automation for test projects.

Essential Skills:

• 0 to 2 years of related experience
• Strong coding expertise in Python (mandatory) and knowledge of its ecosystems (IDEs, Frameworks, libraries, utilities)
• Good knowledge of server, storage, networking, server operating systems (Windows, RHEL, VMware) and active directory is an added bonus
• Developing test cases should be able to be done independently

Requirements:

• Automation experience using APIs and CLIs
• Expertise in Atlassian tools like Jira, Bit bucket, Confluence, etc. or ALM tools
• Knowledge of Servers, Storage, Networking, Server OS (Windows, RHEL, VMware) and Active Directory is a significant advantage
• Knowledge of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, or Clear Case)
• Ability to automate GUI based tests using tools such as Selenium Web Driver or Protractor
• BE/B.Tech/MTech preferred
