What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintains and inspects joints, valves, pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, valves, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions, and to conduct repairs or replacements as needed
- In order to meet the needs of guests, performs preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas
- Ensure that the plumbing system components are properly monitored in order to avoid malfunctions and repairs or replacements
- Provide safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly operations to protect the health and safety of guests and employees, as well as to protect and preserve the environment
- Respect the policies and procedures of the Hotel's Environmental, Health, and Safety Department
- Maintain the Water Management System
- Managing the Pool within the Company and Local Standards
- Operating the Steam Generator
- Will be responsible for any other duties as laid down by Supervisor
Your experience and skills include:
- Should have proven track record in similar job role for at least 2 years
- Should have a background in Technical Education and related diplomas
- Communication and interpersonal skills are excellent
- Ability to prioritize work in a busy schedule
- Should be a team player
