Job Description:
  • Courses are only available full-time. In either the 10th or 12th grade or the Bachelor's degree, there cannot be any part-time, correspondence or distance education. India's central/state governments should recognize a graduate's degree.
  • There were no outstanding arrears or backlogs at the time of selection.
  • If you hold a passport of another country, you should hold either a PIO or OCI card.
  • Bhutanese and Nepalese citizens must submit their citizenship certificates.
  • All candidates who have participated in a Wipro selection process in the last three months are ineligible.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and answer support queries over the phone, email, chat, and web with basic computer knowledge.
  • As you will be working in international voice support, you will need excellent communication skills.
  • Provide employees/clients with guidance on how to handle difficult or complex problems or to resolve complaints.
  • Responding to service issues, requests, and handling the entire operation in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot network and system problems, diagnosing and solving hardware and software problems.
  • Support with procedural documentation & relevant reports.
  • Support the rollout of new applications, manage many open cases at once, and provide accurate information on IT products or services.
  • Work in a 24*7 environment (Rotational shifts/5 Days a week).
Qualification:
  • BCom., BBA, BBM, BMS, BA and BSc economics Only
  • 2021 Batch ONLY
  • There may be a maximum of three years of education gap between 10th and graduation.
  • Graduation periods cannot be interrupted. Graduation should be completed within three years of starting the program.
  • 10th Standard : 50% or above
  • 12th Standard : 50% or above
  • Graduation : 50% or 5.0 CGPA above as applicable by the university guidelines
  • Admission into EPGDBM degree will be subjected to the prevailing criteria and conditions as defined by the UGC Guidelines at the time of enrollment
Stipend:
  • 1st year Stipend – 15000 BASE + 488 ESI per month
  • 2nd year Stipend – 17000 BASE + 553 ESI per month
  • 3rd year Stipend – 19000 BASE + 618 ESI per month
