Job Description:

We are looking for a strong IT professional to support our Qatar cluster with the management of all computer and networking systems, located at our office in Qatar!

Your Role

In this role, you will be fully responsible for streamlining the operations of the IT department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage technical infrastructure projects and IT support for the national office and remote offices
• Prioritize day-to-day IT support requests and resolution workflow for technical operations issues
• Ensure continuous improvements in the system availability, reliability and interoperability of corporate infrastructure
• Implement and ensure network security and maintain vendor relationship and purchases
• Provide trouble shooting, system backups and disaster recovery support

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or a similar discipline
• Minimum 2 years of IT Infrastructure experience preferably in a multi national company
• Expertise in resolving system failure and IT breakdowns
• Excellent command in English
