Job Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance procedures according to manufacturers' specs and Imdad's SLA
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with customers
- A variety of reporting forms related to field calls (FSR, PPM Checklist, Salesforce, and Suppliers reporting) with clear and concise messages and solutions.
- Consult and follow instructions from superiors regarding technical tasks
- By personal commitment and seeking the assistance of superiors, develop own technical skills
- Maintain a safe working environment in the office and at the customer's site
- Provide the department's head with information about service contract opportunities
- Promote Imdad's service contracts in accordance with the sales plan
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering from an accredited university
- Experience with aesthetic medical devices, preferably 0-4 years
- Imdad must score at least 80% on his technical exam
- Driving License + Car
- UAE based candidate
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with good time management and organization skills
- Player for the team.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration skills and a strong work ethic
