As part of the Associate programme, you will complete a blended e-learning, classroom and hands-on learning approach in IBM technologies. We will match your technical training with your first assignment.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

After you complete the Associate training programme, you will have acquired new skill-sets and will be able to join a client project where your role will involve some of the following:

• Build and deploy the Digital Assistant using Conversation Tooling (e.g. Watson Assistant)
• Managing the Digital Assistant when it goes live; training and adding intents, updating copy, etc.
• Establish conversation flows (intent treatments) with business Subject Matter Experts
• Work closely with the Copywriter, following predefined copy style guidelines
• Review transcripts and add tasks to Product Owner's backlog
• Optimize existing journeys
• Analyzing and reviewing the conversation

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Artificial Intelligence is my passion
• Data Science/Data Analytics background
• Knowledge of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Dialog functionality, as well as Conversation Tooling
• Principles of conversation design
• A better understanding of the performance of NLUs

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

Nice to have:

• Experience coding
• Understanding and experience with Machine Learning (ML)
• Background in linguistics
• Analytical experience
