The Peripheral Robotics Market Development Leader will be responsible for driving successful go-to-market strategies for Siemens in the cardiovascular market in North America as well as clear ownership and leadership of critical physician initiatives related to key opinion leader management, bringing voice-of-the-customer feedback to global product development teams and being the liaison between physicians and global Clinical Affairs. Leaders in practice and society engagement. In addition to managing our reference sites and partnering with Global Medical Education on training locations, this role will maximize the partnership with our thought leaders.
The position reports directly to the Vice President of Robotics business line and works closely with global downstream marketing, clinical affairs, and sales to provide analysis of market trends, create an overview of related market opportunities, and provide thought leadership and analysis of our products while contributing to the business strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides innovative downstream marketing solutions, programs, and tools to support the needs of the Sales Team.
  • Assesses promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and convey the message effectively.
  • Conduct product marketing at key tradeshows and drive physician engagement opportunities, including live cases and symposia.
  • Identify and select strategic physician partners in the market. Work across the organization to create engagement plans that align to business objectives and maximize partner strengths and interests.
  • Implement a reference site strategy that highlights our product's utility in the cardiology robotic segment market
  • Execute advisory boards and/or user groups for comprehensive market research and generate compelling market insights based on research, data, and feedback
  • Coordinate with the product development team and others, including regulatory, clinical, marketing, and external collaborators, to develop and commercialize solutions
  • Ensure the communication loop with North American physicians is closed by liaising with Clinical Affairs to understand the strategy for clinical studies, current and future study protocols
  • Ensure commercial alignment with sales organization through the development and implementation of strategies.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for assigned products and disease states.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
  • Leadership skills and strong communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the North American peripheral and neuro markets, trends, and clinical/technical needs is required. Relationships with key opinion leaders are essential.
  • Work effectively as a team, motivating colleagues to achieve the best results.
  • Experience creating value propositions, positioning, and targeting marketing plans
  • Demonstrate critical thinking in solving high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional problems.
  • Focused on achieving profits, customer satisfaction, and market share goals.
  • Driving a strategic plan and implementing necessary changes with internal and external partners.
  • Five years' experience in customer relationship management or product marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
  • 8-10 years of healthcare experience in the field of customer relationship or business management.
