Responsibilities:
- Creates innovative downstream marketing solutions, programs, and tools to create value and support the needs of the Sales Team.
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
- Serve as the Product Marketing lead for key tradeshows and drive physician engagement opportunities including live cases, symposia, etc.
- Develop a strategy to identify and select strategic physician partners in the market. Work across the organization to create engagement plans that align to business objectives and maximize partner strengths and interests.
- Drive a reference site strategy that highlights our product utility in the cardiology robotic segment market using thought leader advocacy
- Lead and execute advisory boards and/or user groups for comprehensive market research and generate compelling market insights based on research, data, and feedback
- Coordinate with the new product development team and others including regulatory, clinical, marketing, and external collaborators to develop and commercialize solutions
- Liaise with Clinical Affairs to understand the strategy for clinical studies, current, and future study protocols to close the communication loop with North American physicians
- Partner closely with the sales organizations to develop and implement strategies and ensure commercial alignment.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products and disease states.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- Strong communication skills and leadership skills.
- Requires deep knowledge of the North American peripheral and neuro market, trends, and clinical/technical needs. Existing relationships with key opinion leaders are required.
- Work effectively as a team, motivating colleagues and team members to produce the best results.
- Experience creating impactful marketing plans and developing value propositions, positioning, and targeting
- Display a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional problems.
- Results-oriented to ensure achievement of the targeted profit, customer satisfaction, and market share goals.
- Ability to drive a strategic plan, having an impact to implement necessary changes with internal and external partners involved.
- 5 years of experience in the field of the customer relationship or product marketing
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Required travel: 50-75%.
- Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- · 8-10 years of Healthcare experience in the field of the customer relationship or business management.
