Job Description:

The Senior Mechanical CAD Design Engineer will add to the new and existing thing improvement by arranging frameworks and complex assemblies using latest toolsets and industry driving acknowledged techniques. In particular, you will be a critical ally of understanding the cutting-edge time of interventional robotized stage. This position has the going with key liabilities: 1) Designing parts and gatherings (creating CAD models, detail plans (in SolidWorks), executing plan for get together (DFA) and plan for collecting (DFM), and making drawings and BOMs, 2) Setting up and regulating complex electromechanical CAD models, practices, 3) Driving the CAD best practices 4) As a part of the chairman pack, help association of SolidWorks and PDM. This is a communitarian opportunity where you will work cross-essentially with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, and outside dealers.

Required Skills/ Qualification:

• BSc,B.E,M.E in Mechanical Engineering, Masters is a plus

• experience in an electromechanical CAD configuration position in a directed industry Comprehension of machine plan

• SolidWorks proficiency with demonstrated capability to produce complex parts and assemblies

• Experience with 2D and 3D tolerance analysis and stack-up

• Experience with DFx (e.g., design for assembly, manufacturing, reliability, serviceability)

• Experience in conventional FEA

• SolidWorks PDM and workflow experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• A passion for continuous improvement

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• Working experience in medical device manufacturing environment

• Experience with NX software

• Experience with integrated CAD modeling (Mechanical, electrical 2D/3D, and electronics)

• Prior experience in leading and implementing CAD best practices

• Project management experience

• SolidWorks Surfacing experience

• Experience with MBD (Model-Based Design) and minimal dimensioning, embracing latest technology and approaches
