Responsibilities of the Candidate:
  • Support stakeholder and project management initiatives across sales, marketing, and technology businesses to deliver information management and business intelligence strategies
  • Identify performance gaps and ways to optimize for performance objectives and organizational goals through quantitative analysis
  • Establish a center of excellence for visualization strategies in collaboration with technology teams
  • Develop and implement executive reports, dashboards, and data quality tools
  • Improve key information platforms such as CRM systems (Salesforce) and data warehouses
  • Achieve effective data warehousing (including quality, definitions, and maintenance)
  • Expert knowledge of the application, including understanding of functionality, capabilities, and limitations
  • Support the reporting of issues
  • Support the team in maintaining existing procedures, database universes, tools, and workflows necessary to facilitate day-to-day operations
Minimum Requirements:
  • MBA or advanced degree in statistics, math, engineering, or another quantitative field preferred
  • Experience with data visualization, product analytics, and/or product growth/optimization focused on digital experiences (mobile, web, video, commerce/subscription)
  • Experience with BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and strong visualization skills.
  • Experience with enterprise scheduling/reporting tools (Business Objects, Webi, Crystal, or Cognos tools is a plus)
  • Expertise in data mining (SQL, Python, as a plus)
  • Ability to carry out data analysis, develop actionable insights, and work directly with product and business owners to implement and measure recommended actions
  • Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
