Job Description Summary

Providing a limited geographical region or limited industry/product segment with formal technical and clinical support during the sales process. The role may include providing required pre-sale product demonstrations and post-sale installation, training, and customer service activities and ongoing customer support, including on-site clinical in-service and go-live support. Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate the full range of product features, including potential uses, capabilities, and benefits to customers, as necessary, during the sales process
  • Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain relationships with customers
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimizing equipment usage by customers
  • Demonstrate and promote products at trade shows and conferences, as well as train customers
  • Assist the sales team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies using market and product knowledge
  • Provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs. If you also take on the role of team leader, these responsibilities also include:
  • Serve as a mentor to the field team, providing clinical, technical, and professional guidance as needed to improve the customer experience
  • Align application activities with sales needs and business objectives by communicating with Sales and Application Leaders & Specialists, Account Managers.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years clinical/technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in specific areas or at least 2 years commercial application/modality experience with proven success in high level customer interactions and sales scenarios are required.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Travel extensively within your geographical region as well as to national sales meetings and trade shows
  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree preferred in Radiography or Medical Imaging Technology from a reputed university.
Desired Characteristics:
  • Strong oral/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, presentation skills, problem solving skills, self-motivated, team oriented, multi-tasking ability, flexibility
  • Clinical experience in a large hospital or university setting is preferred
  • Fluency in other relevant languages within the territory.
