The Role:

As a Kitchen Technician you will be responsible for the preventative and routine maintenance of restaurant's kitchen equipment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining water and drainage systems
• Maintenance of all kitchen equipment (refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, and coffee makers)
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing equipment as needed
• Installing and repairing equipment as needed
• Minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
• Coordination of repairs by outside vendors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have:

• License as a full-time electrician
• Minimum 5 years' in a retail environment within project or facilities management
• General maintenance knowledge, especially electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry
• Valid driving license
• Excellent communication skills.
