Position Description:
Our Biomedical Technicians experience a unique opportunity to employ their technical experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and updating medical devices in a hospital with the support of an on-site team. The current product line being supported is a Infusion Pump device. This is a great opportunity for you to advance your technical and leadership skills!
We are hiring immediately. You will have a flexible schedule and an opportunity to grow and expand into new opportunities while earning supplemental income and learning the medical device industry.
Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring hardware, software, and network products, testing and updating medical devices.
- Setting up and organizing equipment and workstations.
- Perform routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
- Manage a team of support staff and customer needs.
- Part-time commitment requiring travel and flexibility with your schedule.
- Weekly assignments, 3 weeks a month. Ability to travel to support customers.
- PPE is provided to all employees prior to their first assignment.

Job Requirements:
- An active and unrestricted driver's license is required for this position
- Ability to use the Microsoft operating system and basic software programs
- Equipment and devices can be assembled and disassembled
- The ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- This position requires experience in healthcare, field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, customer service, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT.
- There may be a requirement that all those performing services on-site be fully vaccinated as part of the duties.
