JOB DESCRIPTION:
Including but not limited to:
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain pressure control systems
- Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations
- If necessary, train customers on the technical aspects of the product as well as the basic functionality
- Work with co- Field staff to implement policies to manage workflow and communication.
- Advise customers on the proper installation and operation of the equipment as well as the required maintenance
Measurements:
- Ability to manage field installations by oneself
- Communication and completion of field tickets with clients
- Reducing NCRs in the field/Material competency
Product Knowledge:
- Work experience with equipment (wellheads, valves, specialty connections and piping, trees, valves, midline equipment, etc.) would be relevant.
- Installation of the X-mas tree and completion of the well
- Installing and removing actuators
- Monitoring well pressure, monitoring annulus pressures, checking well heads for missing items, and arranging for replacement
- The installation and removal of non-return valves and VR plugs on wells for well abandonment (well securing)
- Conduct integrity leaks on X-mas tree valves, wing valves, and swap valves, ensuring they are in good working order.
