Summary:

• Install service and maintain products, distributed by Baxter in the defined area of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include revenue generation from service agreements and sales of spare parts.
• Establish and maintain communication with customers, team members, and business contacts
• Make sure all activities are performed as per the instructions and information available, within the framework of the quality system.
• Update and maintain accurate service data in the service system by reporting all relevant service activity
• Within the geographical area of responsibility, perform sales support activities related to products & processes

Skills:

• Basic understanding/knowledge of electronics, soldering techniques, ESD protection, understanding/knowledge of the Medical Device Directive
• Communication in English and the local language (written and oral).
• IT applications are of natural interest
• Using the current Windows operating system and MS office applications (Word, Excel)

Qualification and Experience:

• Graduate or diploma in Electronics or Biomedical Electronics/ECE/Instrumentation Engineering
• A 3-5 year field experience in servicing medical equipment, preferably with medical instrumentation, electro-mechanics and/or equivalent experience
