Your new role - challenging and forward-looking

• Collect stakeholder requests, prioritize, and build a product scope and specification.
• In this role, you'll be responsible for New Product Development, Design & Validation of Bushings, Instrument Transformers & Coils (Wave Trap) for HV & UHV applications.
• Calculations and engineering support can be customized.
• Execution of Cost-out projects including localization.
• You will be involved in a variety of development projects for India and abroad, including digitalization initiatives.
• Assisting internal & external stakeholders in the entire value chain from pre-bid to post-sale.
• Maintenance of master data base, including technical docs, technical calculations, SAP BOM, product catalogs, product safety, and installation & commissioning manuals.
• Plan sprints with the team and track functionality development.

• (Graduate with 7-8 years of work experience or Master with 5-6 years of work experience)
• Experience in Research & Development and Engineering for High Voltage Products.
• You possess sound technical skills and a deep understanding of international and Indian standards.
• Your skills include 3D modeling, AutoCAD tools, SAP MM module, and Microsoft Office.
• With hands on experience designing HV & UHV switchgear products, you have a deeper understanding of customer specifications.
• A candidate with experience in Electrical fields simulation, Instrument Transformers (including Product Development, Design, Verification and Validation, Process Establishment), will be given preference.
• Interactions with key stakeholders are excellent.
