We currently operate in twelve locations across Australia and New Zealand, three in the United Kingdom, and recently launched in Seoul, Korea. We are expanding and are currently looking for our 3rd Data Analyst hire for this year!

What You’ll Do:

• Partners with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Marketing) to understand business requirements and provide actionable recommendations
• Create data tools and pipelines for tracking key performance metrics across the company for the C-suite and for dedicated metrics for the product, operations, and finance teams
• Design and implement Tableau dashboards that provide real-time insight into adoption rates, revenue generation, power usage, user feedback, retention, payments, and fraud in cities.
• Take action and make decisions based on data insights that will optimize user growth, brand sentiment, and marketing effectiveness
• Analyze, comprehend, and respond to the needs of key stakeholders in data management
• Conduct growth experiments for conversion rate optimization and report on the results

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of total experience with 2+ years exclusively in the Data Analysis domain
• Qualifications in computer science, statistics, analytics, or other relevant fields
• Python and SQL experience are required. Additionally, we use Tableau for visualization
• Developing machine learning models is an added advantage
• Experience with two-sided marketplaces, e.g., ride hailing, food delivery, e-commerce, is a plus
• Experience driving and implementing data solutions to meet business needs
• Communication in Chinese is preferred for effective interaction with the back-end engineering team in China
• Working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity is a plus
• Managing and communicating with various stakeholders across teams
• Having a growth mindset and a keen interest in shared mobility operations are essentials for this role
