Job Description:
We are hiring for this role
- Te Executive, Content Planning position is responsible for defining, formulating, and executing the overall digital marketing strategy for Malaysia.
- Ideal candidates will be curious, collaborative, and be able to deal with ambiguity, especially in a start-up environment.
- The role reports directly to the Manager, Digital Marketing Malaysia.
- Content that is both long and short, and both relevant and engaging, should be planned and written
- To enhance future marketing objectives, gather research, execute content plans, and measure the success of campaigns.
- Support the management of social media channels and the content/campaign calendar to ensure that content is timely, relevant, and engaging
- Assist in reporting the key metrics on a weekly basis, and adapt your strategy accordingly to maximize engagement
- Ad hoc project(s) and duties as necessary.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing/Business/Digital Marketing/Communications with at least four years of relevant experience
- Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, and a strong ability to simplify complex messages into concise and engaging messages
- Understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- A familiarity with photo and video editing tools, such as Canva, Photoshop, iMovie, etc., would be advantageous
- Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to learn and grow
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative, entrepreneurial, roll up your sleeves, pragmatic, and able to work independently when necessary
