Job Description:

  • Generally excellent in Arabic and French Languages. 
  • Great English language. 
Work Experience 
  • New Graduate might be considered for this job given they show the necessary capabilities. 
  • 1-2 years of involvement with a client assistance industry, ideally in Travel/Airline or the travel industry. 
  • Adequate information in Airline/Travel items and administrations. 
  • Fit for understanding clients' issues and guiding them in the right channel.
