The company is undergoing a transformation process and would like to establish a sales team that would be able to achieve revenue levels in line with industry standards. As regional head, it is expected that the team he leads expand the company's impact in the entire south zone.
Roles & Responsibility
● Planning :- Make sure each team member meets their weekly and monthly targets
- If necessary, conduct reviews for each team member's performance and corrective actions
- It should be scaled up to all of South Zone as soon as possible after the successful Mumbai/Kolkata model has been proven
- Be aware of marketing trends and best practices, and plan your marketing campaigns
- Run a variety of marketing campaigns in their local area in order to generate customer leads
- Achieve knowledge of market trends and opportunities with the help of sales data
- Develop sales processes and optimize them to meet customer needs
- Provide solid arguments to prospective customers when marketing and selling products/services
- Understanding customer needs and pitching suitable products from the company's product lineup
- Conduct cold calling and set up home demos to help close sales
Required Skills/ Qualification:
- At least 5-7 years' experience in the industry (preferable people from the competition (Edutech)
- Ability to manage people and have a focus on making decisions based on data
- For the team, a strong network generates leads continuously
- The ability to create a detailed plan to achieve company revenue targets
- Work effectively with the team to achieve targets
- Strong channel partners for lead generation, including schools/colleges
- Ability to roll out from the very beginning
- Skills in Microsoft Office a plus
- To improve sales conversions, we must identify associate challenges and guide the team.
- Results-driven and self-motivated candidates are in high demand
- With a flair for both writing and speaking and a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrated leadership through leading projects and initiatives
- A performance-driven, goal-oriented individual who is highly motivated
- A start-up approach (which involves all hands on deck)
