Job Description:

Summary of the role:
  • Supervise a team of team leaders and ensure all fulfilment processes within the stores and work flow are followed.
What's on your plate today?
  • Work with the Logistics Performance Manager to evaluate, develop, and ensure all fulfillment processes (within the store) and workflow are followed.
  • Supervise the pickers' daily work.
  • Supervise the picking, segregation, and packing of orders.
  • Prepare and monitor the pickers' work schedules.
  • Oversee the team in the process of processing orders and resolving customer complaints (regarding wrong picking).
  • Monitoring operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective order processing; errors and mis-picks; and excellence in customer service levels.
  • Coach and train new employees (pickers).
  • The pickers must adhere to the agreed-upon processes and policies.

  •  Prior experience in order fulfillment and management of pickers.
  •  Experience with grocery store operations.
  •  Well organized, capable of multitasking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Open minded; constantly tries to come up with new and creative ways to accomplish tasks.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  •  Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  •  Excellent decision-making skills and ability to integrate and apply information.
  •  Ability to solve problems effectively.
