Job Description:

Engineered Systems Sales Managers will implement company strategy and sales targets in assigned territories (Bahrain and Kuwait) by identifying and developing sales opportunities, promoting products, projects, and services solutions predominantly based on membrane technologies to secure profitable orders. At an early stage, positioning the company's technologies with local consultants, with emphasis on selling the value of Suez Water Technologies & Solutions (SWTS) technologies, serving direct and indirect sales channels in assigned territories.
  • By selling SWTS products (through indirect channels) projects and services that incorporate SWTS core technologies and solutions in the assigned territory, achieve and exceed ongoing sales, growth and profitability targets.
  • Developing strong professional relationships with channel partners (Indirect Sales Channels) and supporting their sales activities and growth of SWTS sales
  • Proactively developing project opportunities and securing business for SWTS's technologies and solutions in the Municipal and Industrial Water & Wastewater sectors in the assigned region.
  • Develop strong pipelines of active services opportunities, including rental equipment (Mobile/Bridge Solutions), Build Own Operate (BOO), and securing orders in the assigned territory by utilizing SWTS fleet assets.
  • Building professional and strategic relationships with engineering consultants, EPC companies, end users, as well as key regional and sector influencers such as leading governmental and industrial sectors, other related firms, industry associations, etc.
  • Negotiating and closing profitable contracts with clients in accordance with SWTS processes and guidelines in a timely and efficient manner
PERSONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering
  • A minimum of five to ten years' experience in the field of water and waste treatment
  • A minimum of five to ten years of sales experience in the water and wastewater market in Bahrain and/or Kuwait, preferably in membrane treatment
  • Demonstrated experience selling complex technology solutions in water and wastewater treatment
  • Demonstrated ability to promote and sell products through distributors and re-sellers in the water and wastewater treatment sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment/organization and to work as a team member
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and schedules
  • Experience building, owning, operating, and renting water and wastewater equipment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and schedules
  • Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the customer organization
  • Communication and leadership skills are essential
  • Experience working with senior client representatives and government officials
  • Ability to travel to meet customers within assigned territory without restriction
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Computer skills, MS Office. Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint.
