Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be the ambassador of Philips HealthTech ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provides first-line technical support, maintenance, and installation support to customers, communicating solutions or actions, taking responsibility, and acting in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Utilize service management software to document accurate service records, including diagnostics, resolutions and tests.
  • Capturing solutions that can be shared.
  • It records Customer Interaction time, Non-Customer Interaction time, Parts consumed / returned / failures in real-time via the mobile device.
  • Record Bench Repair time, non-customer interaction time, parts consumed, returned, and failures in real time via SMax.
  • Focuses on ensuring a clear action plan and preparation, with parts (if required), and diagnosis before the onsite visit.
  • Action is taken on customer escalations, complaints (safety or otherwise) or feedback, following a set of agreed processes to ensure information is collected accurately so that follow-up can be conducted in a timely manner.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
  • University degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or relevant disciplines
  • Field service experience of at least five years
  • Strong diagnostic and repair expertise, troubleshooting skills, and customer service skills
  • It is preferred that you have experience with DXR
  • Communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to communicate in English and Arabic at an advanced level is essential
  • Microsoft Office applications are well-understood
