Job Description:

The following responsibilities apply: In this role, the developer will design, develop, and apply machine learning, data analytics, and other mathematical models to solve complex supply chain and manufacturing problems.

Qualifications essential to the position:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, operations research.
• Demonstrated expertise in building machine learning-based solutions for business problems.
• Proficient in and demonstrated experience with Python, along with knowledge of functional programming concepts and commonly used programming languages like R and/or Scala
• Experience and expertise with Apache Spark and Hadoop HFDS
• Expertise in the SQL programming language
• Demonstrate the ability to build data ingestion libraries from heterogeneous data sources, including Microsoft SQL, Excel, JSON, SAP HANA.
• Experience with feature extraction and multidimensionality reduction using established techniques such as principal component analysis and design of experiments.
• Expertise in established machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, tensor flow, spark ml, as well as machine learning algorithms is a must
• An advantage would be expertise in supply planning solutions using machine learning. Machine learning platform setup and validation experience for big data predictive analytics will be an asset. Experience building visualization tiers for machine learning results would be advantageous.
