Position Summary
As a Communications Intern, you will support the Swiss Workplace Solutions (SWS) team in achieving key communications The following deliverables will help you achieve your goals. Across a wide range of companies, our working environment is dynamic, inclusive, and diverse. Teams from diverse regions and functions working together.
A day in the life of a Communications Intern:
- Support the SWS communication team in delivering key projects
- Develop visual aids for various communication methods
- Plan, promote, execute, and monitor various communication plans
- Work with Nest (internal website), Workplace, and other media when necessary
- A draft of the video message script
- Manage and follow up on various projects with different stakeholders
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor degree (completed or ongoing) in communication, design, digital communication or equivalent
- Experience editing pictures and using PowerPoint is required
- It would be advantageous if you had experience with Microsoft SharePoint and basic HTML skills
- Builds communication objectives from the various expectations of colleagues and stakeholders
- Be creative in the way you deliver on them
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a challenging environment
- Excellent command of French and English (verbal and written)
