- Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
- Experience in creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics such as regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.
- Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modelling, clustering, decision trees, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Java or Python and general software development skills (source code management, debugging, testing, deployment, etc.)

- Experience with open-source ML/DL/math toolkits such as scikit-learn, WEKA, MLlib,, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, etc.
- Experience in visualizing or presenting data for stakeholders using Excel, PowerBI, Tableau etc.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with big data platforms like Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, ElasticSearch, etc.
- Experience with data exploration tools such as Tableu, IBM SPSS Modeler, SAS Visual Analytics, etc.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Understanding of DevOps Pipelines for Data Science
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field
- Agile , SAFe agile, Scrum, Product development practices

2. ROLE : Senior Software Developer

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in at least one of programming languages like Python, Java or C++
- 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, scikit-learn, or something similar
- 3+ years of applied knowledge in Data Mining / Automated Knowledge Acquisition, Representation and Reasoning
- 3+ years of experience in advanced software engineering practices including Agile techniques
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Ability to develop and debug nondeterministic, adaptive systems
- Experience with reinforcement learning, exploration and bandits
- Understanding of Bayesian statistics, counterfactual analysis or off-policy learning is a big plus

- Eligibility for a DoD Secret clearance.
- Requires a Masters degree with 10 years’ experience or Bachelors degree with 12 years’ experience.
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, predictive analytics, mathematics, statistics, or similar field.
- 4+ years of experience developing predictive or statistical models such as regressions, decision trees, neural networks, simulations, and/or optimizations.
- 4+ years of experience using SPSS, SAS, R, Python, or similar.
- 3+ years years of demonstrated skill and experience in analyzing data using Excel or other methods.
- 3+ years of experience in data preparation, manipulation, and cleansing, in particular for large datasets.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Demonstrated experience in understanding unclear customer requirements and how they translate into technical tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in conveying complex technical topics to non-technical personnel.
- Experience managing teams of 5 or more data scientists, developers, etc.
- Demonstrated experience working with business owners to translate business problems into technical solutions.
