Job Description:
1. Evaluation - Assessing Market Value of properties offered as security for Loan - Land and Building.
2. Site Visits - Visiting Properties to evaluate valuation and progress of work.
3. Documentation - Verification of archives like Building endorsements, Plans, Estimates and so forth, to guarantee consistence with pertinent structure rules and other relevant guidelines.
4. Recording of Site perceptions and suggesting credit sum dependent on evaluation made dependent on reports and site perceptions.
5. Relationship Management - With client with the channel accomplices.
6. Capabilities - Fresh/experienced B Tech/BE (Civil Engg) having great and steady scholarly record (Min 60% imprints) and great relational abilities in English and Malayalam.
