ROLE - 1: Data Analyst
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Job Description:
- Top Skills : Good knowledge and hands on Data Analytical skills, good knowledge of SQL, and Good knowledge of the testing area, UAT.
- Suggest requirements to stakeholders/end users and turn them into well-formed formal requirements.
- Perform an AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping.
- Analyze data as needed in order to validate/challenge and refine requirements.
- Ensure the solution definition meets requirements and is delivered with accuracy and quality.
- Achieving clear traceability of the requirements (starting with the BRD) and the clear documentation of existing and to-be processes - getting it right the first time.
- Defining clear Test scenarios and exit criteria and engaging the testing team early will help drive testing quality.
- Working closely with stakeholders, including both internal and external collaborators, to achieve the project's goals
- To ensure that the transition from Project to BAU is seamless, follow the change management governance process
- Skills of interest: BigData, Hive & Data Visualization, Tableau, PowerBI

ROLE - 2: Data Analyst
Location: Mumbai, India
Job Description:
- Excel - Advanced / Expert level
- Experience with Excel macros (VBA)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Sustaining the environment is one of my interests
- Reporting / data analytics experience of at least 3 years
- Any experience with data visualization software (such as Power BI) and/or SQL will be advantageous.
- Collect, validate, analyze, and report environmental data (for carbon accounting)
- Assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of data, information, and insights from a large number of stakeholders across our facility and travel programs.
- Strong numerical skills, including the ability to calculate, analyze, and present data
- Working with a lot of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. To find conclusions, you'll need to see through the data and analyze it.
- Present findings or translate data into an understandable document. You must be able to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and speaking.
- Analyze the numbers, trends, and data and draw new conclusions based on the findings.
- Attention to detail: Data is precise. Ensure you are vigilant in your analysis to come to the correct conclusions.
