As Staff Engineer, get ready to drive end-to-end engineering excellence across scrum teams and product groups.
The Staff Engineer serves as a key technical leader on the Global Commercial Services team, you will work with engineers and Engineer Directors to drive engineering excellence, you will be responsible to define the technology approach, you will face unique technological challenges, you will grow with the teams and with the business by being exposed to unique challenges and opportunities.
You must be a self-starter; you must be passionate about learning and using new technologies while being under pressure! You will mentor the engineers learn new technologies on a daily basis, and partner with the business teams to ensure technology changes impact customers in a positive way. If you are an engineer with a passion for driving engineering excellence by influencing engineers, then this role is for you.
Required Skills/ Qualification:
- Own and drive designing greatness and consistency across scrum groups and items.
- Be the specialized master, pioneer and coach for the scrum groups.
- Work with Directors from Product and innovation to convey item objectives on schedule.
- Drive change of GCS engineering to public cloud (AWS/Azure)
- Carry out and drive appropriation of best practices in devops, perceptibility, cloud engineering, security.
- Lead with "Mechanization outlook" - Eliminate dull manual interaction by creating essential instruments
- Lead with "Simplication mentality" – Eliminate pointless design intricacy.
- Guide scrum groups on cloud foundation plan standards to help them plan solid and versatile arrangements according to SLOs
- Comprehend stage guide and add to the stage technique drives.
