- Through continuous training, case support, and on-going presence, you will drive adoption of the Corindus Vascular Robot with CorPath single-use sterilization cassettes at hospital sites and guide your employees professionally in this field.
- You will assist in disseminating technical information about products to customers and develop and conduct regional hospital staff training courses.
- As a CorPath coach, you will help existing users to further enhance their robotic-assisted Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) skills. Your role will be to add and train new CorPath users at each of our sites
- In addition, you will be responsible for advancing revenue and market position in line with Company goals as well as achieving deep and thorough account penetration as well as developing new target accounts.
- You will serve as the first line of service (as needed) to current and future clients
- You will keep accurate records of sales and enter data into our CRM database
- Ensure that product complaints are processed and monitored according to the company procedures
- You have a university degree or equivalent training and/or experience in the field of cath lab technology
- You have experience working in the operating room or Cath Lab setting for several years and have excellent background knowledge of interventional radiology
- Your radiation protection garments demonstrate your ability to work in the radiation field
- You have a technical understanding of the product and the ability to troubleshoot any challenges
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain cooperative relationships both internally and externally at Siemens Healthineers
- Your ability to maintain confidentiality, in addition to exercising independent judgment, is evidence of your ability to meet departmental guidelines
- You have excellent training and motivational skills, and you enjoy coaching other people
- In the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region, you are willing to travel more than 70% of the time
