Roles and Responsibilities:- Ability to solve unstructured problems independently and come up with innovative solutions
- Analyze various factors and design key metrics for your product/business
- Conduct thorough analyses of multiple data sources to isolate discrepancies, spot patterns, and remove suspicion
- Present results to key stakeholders effectively by interpreting data, analyzing results, and applying statistical techniques.
- Quantitatively analyze data to extract insights that can be applied
- Develop tools to improve operational efficiency and optimize operations internally
- Conceptualization of products
- Analytical experience of at least four years
- Experience managing a team (a plus)
- Expert understanding of Excel, SQL, and Python (preferred)
- Machine learning algorithms, both supervised and unsupervised, in a basic understanding
- Prior experience working in an in-house analytics team for a mid-sized startup or an analytics consulting firm.
