Accountabilities
  • Managing customer complaints in the region; evaluating and resolving customer problems in coordination with other stakeholders.
  • Attending installation and breakdowns, preventative maintenance, and technical upgrades, as well as reviewing findings, in coordination with other stakeholders, to determine a solution to the customer's problem.
  • By selling spare parts, service packs, and remote support products, we generate service revenue for our customers.
  • Establishes and maintains relations with customers by providing them with regular service feedback.
  • Organize training and support programs for the sales team and channel partners
  • Keeps track of work schedules and procedures, and accelerates workflow.
  • The company's top management is notified of common customer complaints and the situation is addressed in the future.
  • User training and product demonstration
  • Maintaining and servicing all equipment in the region
Responsibilities
  • Maintain proper documentation in CRM all the time to assure that repaired analyzers are operating in accordance with specifications.
  • UP regional IBs should update their CRM monthly sample counters.
  • An ability to take ownership and be enthusiastic about problems, as well as an excellent attitude towards clients.
  • Obtain a quicker turn-around time.
  • Assistance with application development.
  • In emergency cases, field visits can be arranged on short notice.
  • Claims management for warranty replacements for customers.
  • Installer and customer logs need to be maintained.
Experience, qualifications, skills required:
  • It is preferable to have a degree/diploma in biomedical engineering.
  • The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in medical devices or related fields
  • A customer-oriented, result-oriented approach.
  • Electrical and mechanical expertise that could influence the products to be purchased.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems well.
  • Writing and verbal communication skills are essential to convey the message
  • Customers and senior management should be informed of the problem and its solution.
  • Microsoft Office skills are a plus. (Word,
  • Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Radiometer protocols can be adapted to and worked within.
  • There was a last-minute requirement for travel.
  • I must have my own motorcycle or bike and a valid driver's license.
