This position is for NFPC Mega Plant - KIZAD Abu Dhabi

JOB PURPOSE   

The position holder is responsible for operating the reconstituted milk mixing operations (All Milk & Flavored SKU& rsquo s) in the processing section. The position holder should have the knowledge to operate the automated mixing through HMI system & standardize the final product with approved parameters.

Minimize the risk of product contamination.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Operation of UHT Treatment & Al Safe Tank Operation.

· Verify Pre-check list, Post Check list on daily basis. Any deviation to be notified to the Production Supervisor & Maintenance Department.

· Monitor UHT Treatment & Al Safe Tanks frequently (every 30 mins) & document it.

· During UHT Treatment, if any abnormalities would affect product safety, immediate decision has to be taken to temporarily stop the production and inform to supervisor for further action.

· Follow Sop instructions of UHT Treatment & Al Safe Tank Treatment process.

· Ensure CIP Operation as per the production sop.

· Compliance with Health & Safety & Personal Hygiene.

· Follow HACCP, GMP procedures. 

Skills & Qualifications Required

- Bachelor of Dairy Technology.

- 2-5 years experience in Dairy & Juice.

2.Factory Helper:

This position is for NFPC Factories and Warehouses 

Occupation PURPOSE 

The reason for the position is to successfully play out the plant and Warehouse activity and stacking and dumping of items, helping different Operators and vendors. 

Fundamental ACCOUNTABILITIES 

· Perform all cleaning work in the plant region to keep up HACCP and GMP norms. 

· Carry out manual dealing with undertakings in the plant at whatever point required. 

· Assist the administrators and vendors to perform day by day operational positions proficiently. 

· Coordinate with colleagues in all pertinent regions for proficient and smooth work process. 

· Performing day by day and week by week stock tally 

· Preparing and finishing distribution center requests for creation and conveyance 

· Receive and interaction distribution center stock items (pick, dump, mark, store) 

Abilities and Qualifications Required 

· Higher Secondary Certificate and Higher Educational Qualifications . 

· 1-2 Years experience ideally in FMCG 

· Good relational abilities in English 

· Good Computer abilities.
